How Long Does a Repair Take?

Repair times vary depending on the type of repair needed:

  • Battery Replacement: Same day to 1 working day
  • Keyboard Replacement: 1-2 working days
  • Logic Board Repair: 3-5 working days
  • Liquid Damage: 3-7 working days depending on severity

What Warranty Do You Offer?

All our repairs come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering our workmanship and any parts we supply and fit. This warranty does not cover subsequent accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues that occur after the repair. If you experience any issues related to our repair within the warranty period, simply contact us and we will arrange collection and inspection at no additional cost.

How Much Will My Repair Cost?

We operate a fixed-price model so you know exactly what you will pay before your MacBook leaves your hands. Our prices include labour, parts, VAT, insured collection and delivery, and our 1-year warranty. How do I get my MacBook to you for repair?

Simply book your repair on our website. We provide free nationwide collection via Royal Mail Special Delivery. On your chosen collection date, a Royal Mail courier will collect your securely packaged MacBook from your address.

Is my data safe during the repair?

Yes, your data security is our priority. We do not access your personal files during repairs. We recommend backing up your data before sending your MacBook, but your files will remain untouched throughout the repair process.

What if you cannot fix my MacBook?

We operate a No fix, No fee policy. If we cannot repair your MacBook, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. A diagnostic fee may apply in some cases, which will be communicated upfront.

Do you repair all MacBook models?

Yes, we repair all MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro models from 2010 onwards, including the latest M-series chip models.
