Exclusions

  • Accidental Damage: Physical damage such as drops, cracks, or water damage after the repair
  • Unauthorised Repairs: If the device is opened or tampered with by anyone else after your repair
  • Software Issues: Viruses, malware, or operating system corruption
  • Battery Life: Natural battery degradation over time
  • External Devices: Issues with peripherals like chargers or cables
