- Unauthorised Repairs: If the device is opened or tampered with by anyone else after your repair
- Software Issues: Viruses, malware, or operating system corruption
- Battery Life: Natural battery degradation over time
- External Devices: Issues with peripherals like chargers or cables

Our warranty does not cover the device itself, only the specific parts and work we have undertaken. For example, if we repair your display and your logic board later fails, this is not covered by our warranty as the issue could not have been caused by the services rendered and parts fitted.
